前回紹介した「株価影響予測システム」の特許(6,275,492号、(株)野村総合研究所)の続きです。
法律に詳しくない一般投資家に対し、株価に影響を与えそうな訴訟の勝敗予測、影響を受ける株式銘柄を事前に知らせるシステムです。
このシステムでは、「判決予測画面」がクライアント端末に送信されます。ユーザの端末に送信されます。
判決予測画面は以下のような画面です。これを見てユーザは、

1. 判決による株価への影響がプラスで、その確度が大(例えば80%)とされていた場合は、ユーザは判決予定日前にその株価銘柄を大量に買い戻すことで、実際に判決が出た後に多大な利益を上げることができ、
2. 判決による株価への影響がマイナスで、その確度が大(例えば90%)とされていた場合は、ユーザは判決予定日前にその株価銘柄を大量に売却することで、判決後に多大な損失を回避できる

という効果があります。このような有用なFintech特許がますます特許されることにより、日本の特許業界が再び活性化することを願っています。

This is a continuation of my post about a patent entitled “a system for surmising adjudications affecting stock prices”, which informs general investors who are not familiar with laws about its advance predictions of success or failure for litigations and stock brands that will be affected by court decisions (No. 6,275,492, patent right holder: Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.).
This system sends a “court decision prediction screen” (as shown below) to user terminals.
Users can view this screen prior to the court decision and:

1. repurchase a large sum of stock brands which are shown with a high probability (e.g. 80%) as being positively affected by a court decision, and earn substantial benefits after the court decision, or
2. sell a large sum of stock brands which are shown with a high probability (e.g. 90%) as being adversely affected by a court decision, and avoid substantial losses after the court decision.

I wish such useful Fintech patents could be patented more often. It would lead to the revitalization of the Japanese patent industry.
