Each language is full of rules that are specific to that language, so it is essential that DTP work is carried out by knowledgeable and experienced DTP operators. Since the amount of text varies by language, we adjust font size, and sometimes the position and size of images, when formatting text.
This check includes ensuring that the translated text has been correctly added to design data and that there are no garbled characters or unnatural sentence breaks, as well as no mistakes in the translated content.
When translating into multiple languages, a final check is made to ensure that consistency is maintained between languages, then a first draft is submitted to the client.
First Draft Corrections > Resubmission > Further Corrections > Final Proof Submission > Final Proof Checks / Text Correction Approvals
PDF files or design data that have passed through the correction process are either submitted to the client or sent directly to a printing company. The number of times that a document will undergo corrections depends on the project.

Introducing some of our business partners.
We hold ISO 17100:2015 certification, an international standard that sets out requirements in respect of all aspects of the translation process that directly influence the quality and provision of translation services.
Finance, economy, and judicial affairs, industry and science technology, patent and intellectual properties, and business fields including corporate PR and tourism information
Date of acquisition: June 3, 2019
This standard sets out requirements in respect of human assets (translators, checkers, project managers, etc.), technological assets, and work processes (preparation, production, and post-production). ISO 17100 certification proves that any projects undertaken by a certified translation service provider (TSP) satisfy these requirements.
We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), along with national standard JIS Q 27001:2014.
Scope of registration: Translation and interpreting services, editing/production services, and publishing
Date of acquisition: August 22, 2022
These standards provide an organizational framework for managing the three elements of information confidentiality, integrity, and availability in order to utilize information effectively. They set out requirements for achieving the following:
1. Establishment, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of ISMS
2. Information security risk management and risk response
They not only include technical measures, but also employee education and training, as well as the establishment of an organizational structure, thereby enabling an organization to check that the framework is being maintained and continuously improved.
